Nice clean fresh hotel. Close to the train station and car rental place, which was the biggest reason we picked it. The rooms are nice too! The restaurant was too busy the first day of our stay . Long wait to get into the breakfast buffet was one of the downsides. The other one, was an extremely busy onsen at night. Not too much variety for breakfast either. But it was ok. Other than that I would stay here again. And just use the bathroom instead of onsen next time.

Brand new building and very helpful and friendly staff. The public bath / onsen is really nice and relaxing. Lounge and bar area are also nice. Gym is available and has a good selection of equipment to get a good workout in. The location is perfect, close to sapporo station and various restaurants/mall. Totally recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future.

We stayed in an Accessible Queen Room with Sofa Bed and had a great experience overall. The room was originally designed for elderly guests, so it was incredibly spacious—big enough to open three large suitcases at the same time without feeling cramped. The hotel is located about 10 minutes’ walk from the Sapporo Station, which was convenient for getting around. A big plus is the Family Mart located right in the lobby—super handy for snacks, drinks, and essentials. However, one downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three washing machines and dryers for the entire hotel, which made it quite inconvenient, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

A good, functional stay for those looking for clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel is a bit of a walk (unsheltered from elements) from the main train station, think 10-15 minutes depending on your walking pace. Too close for a taxi ride, a bit far for those with lots of luggage. The only disappointment was how crowded it was - it’s extremely popular as a newly built hotel, and I actually had to wait 5-10minutes for a shower cubicle to open up in the public bath area (this was after 10PM). Laundry facilities are shared between male/female and comprise of 3 washer/dryer units. Aside from that, it was a comfortable stay.

As this is a newly opened hotel, the building is very clean and tidy. Guests check in and check out using a tablet device. If you have any questions, the front desk staff will kindly explain them to you. You can also get a parking ticket at the front desk. There is also a hot spring and sauna, which were not crowded and were comfortable to use. However, the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was disappointingly low quality for 4,000 yen per person. The seafood dishes were also not tasty. I recommend eating breakfast elsewhere. There is a convenience store attached to the hotel, which was convenient and I used it every day.

When hotels skip daily cleaning in the name of being “environmentally friendly,” it only feels genuine if the rest of their practices actually support sustainability. There was a lot of unnecessary plastic packaging, low quality amenities, and nothing reusable in sight. It felt more like a cost-cutting measure than a true eco-conscious effort. If you’re going to promote sustainability, it should be consistent across the entire guest experience, not just with the towel policy. The lighting in the room was awful (very dim and poorly placed), and the amenities were very limited and low in quality. It didn’t feel like much thought had gone into them. It was fine for a quick stay, but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

とても新しくオシャレで素敵なホテルで滞在を楽しむことができました。最上階からの眺め、お風呂からの景色は最高でした。 ただ、部屋にフェイスタオルが1枚しかなく不便でした。そして楽しみにしていた朝食は種類はとても豊富でしたが味がイマイチで残念でした。

あくまでグランベルホテルの最高峰ホテルであって、一般的な高級ホテル、ラグジュアリーホテルではないことに注意。悪い口コミも多いですが、この点を理解しておくと良いかと思います。（部屋の広さもラグジュアリーホテルは40,50平米以上が多いですが、ここは24平米からですし、あくまでグランベルの最高峰です。） 「記念日に過ごす素敵なホテル」ではなく「友達との旅行で使うちょっと良いホテル」「子連れで楽しむプチ旅行」とかなら良いかと思いました 8月の平日に3泊した感想です ・セルフチェックインなのでスタッフからは一切設備の説明等はありません。説明用紙を見落とすと何も分からなくなります。 ・全体的に新しいこともあり綺麗なホテルです ・清掃は2泊で1回ですが、タオルは毎日補充されます。 ・アメニティは部屋には歯ブラシがありますが、化粧水や茶等はエントランスから各自持っていくタイプです。ただあまり補充されません。だいたい何かしら品切れしてます ・温泉は景色も良いですし、気持ちが良いですが、入り口付近の床は毛が溜まりがちでちょっと汚い印象を覚えてしまいます。また、19時台は空いてますが、21-23時は混んでいました。 ・朝食バイキングは4000円と言われると、他のホテルのほうが満足度高いかなーという感じです。また、食器もセルフで返却棚に戻すタイプで、このあたりも「ブランド最高峰なんだな」と感じました

房間沒有每天打掃，垃圾也不收，房間冷氣還自動關掉，浴場人超級無敵多。。。原本想說住新飯店應該感受很好，結果不如預期，雖然看了別人的評論已經有做好心裡準備，但是，真正入住後還是很震驚。。。以後不會再入住了。。。

清掃があまり行き届いていない印象を受けました。風呂とトイレ一体のバスルームでしたが、換気が不十分かつ清掃が行き届いておらず、アンモニアのようなにおいがしました。レストランはかなり混み合っており、通常朝食を食べる7:30〜8:30には並ぶことは必須ですので、スムーズに食べたければ時間をずらす必要はありそうです。（宿泊者に対してキャパがあっていない印象を受けました。）
