"I struggled to hear the woman at the night checkin. She was friendly and efficient but did not change her volume despite me explaining that I couldn’t hear her… several times. "

"I had to change rooms because of dirty sheets and then the new room also had dirty sheets and the front desk staff came up to change them. Sheets and towels were all dingy with staining and could use replacing. My second room was a “suite” but also.. dingy. I guess overall I would use that term to describe this hotel. The bed in the suite was lumpy and very loud anytime I readjusted as well as the TV was as small as my computer monitor. The breakfast was lacking and the hot tub was closed. The Indian restaurant was very good for dinner. Unfortunately not a lot of options in Williams lake and that’s probably the only reason they are fully booked. The staff really do shine though and I hope the hotel recognizes that. It’s the only thing that was continually positive."

"The cabin was clean and very beautiful. The host was very detailed and everything we needed was ready and available. The evening was quiet and peaceful and the bed was extremely comfy and warm with a great view of the lake. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a cabin on the lake."

"Quick one night stay for my partner and I. It was a cozy clean space for us. The check in was extremely smooth and had easy access for us. We enjoyed the big tv for a lazy evening movie night before our bigger trip later in the weekend. Fantastic host and left us the coolest welcome photo! If we ever come through Williams lake again we would hopefully stay here again! "
