"BEWARE...Run! THE BATHROOMS NEED TO BE RENOVATED & THEY DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT HOW THE BREAKFAST VOUCHERS WORK. SHE WATCHED ME LOOK FOR PLATES TO EAT THE HORRIBLE BREAKFAST LEFT OUT & SAID NOTHING TO ME. This has been a horrible experience from the beginning, and it feels like no one cares about resolving the situation. On top of that, I have experienced what I believe to be discriminatory treatment and unfriendly customer service throughout my stay. I did not deserve to be treated this way...
