"Reserved and paid for a Spa Grand Room for my wife’s birthday. We were surprised and deeply disappointed that the spa had no running hot or even warm water and was unusable. This was in spite of the fact that the bathroom sink and shower had hot water. Staff seemed at a loss on how to address this issue and should have issued a partial credit at a minimum. Additionally, the outside fountain mounted directly behind the headboard made an annoying sound most of the night."

I was traveling with my Grandkids and the beach chairs. beach umbrellas, toys , boogie boards and beach towels were a big hit with the grandkids. The staff are amazing and mthe excellent.ost have been with the hotel for years and were magicians at getting the impossible. We had 2 rooms, one in the original spreckles home and the other a larger suite with full kitchen. Cleanliness was impeccable and the antique...

"We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff who cleaned were wonderful most staff were very kind and greeted us in yhe halls. The issue we had was the air-conditioning was not working and nothing was done. The room was so humid I could not get my hair or makeup right for the wedding we were there to attend. A staff at the front desk said to open the sliding glass door to let the night cool breeze in the problem is there is no screens and bugs can get in the room and the balcony...

"Not a bad place but keep in mind it is a timeshare. The location is within easy walking distance of the beach, Hotel Del and dining and shopping. My only issue was I got a suspect text from the front desk reminding me that only registered guests can use the rooftop sauna, whirlpool, etc. it was a bit accusatory maybe from a timeshare owner but the fact is me and the three others in my family were all registered guests. Customer service and tactfulness was certainly lacking."
