"This was a horrible experience. Booked a two night stay in a non-smoking double bed room because I had two children with me. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was changed to a smoking queen bedroom, I accepted due to it being late at night. The room was DISGUSTING with stained sheets and it REEKED. Went downstairs and asked for a different room, was told there wasn’t a double bed available. As I was leaving the front desk staff stopped me and said “if you have cash, I can find something.”...

"The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty and stained. We asked for a refund and left."
