First the elevator was broken had to climb stairs to get to our room with bags. 2 nd the ice machine was broken on first floor so had to climb to 3rd floor to get ice. Tv remote was broken. The breakfast was great!

Check-in staff at the reception was excellent but I got to my bathroom and there was no shower curtain for the bath tub. It was so uncomfortable taking showers because it did not look good with water splashing on the floor and making everywhere wet.

Very Nice and Clean

We come in from Arkansas for my son's wedding in Loxley and the hotel staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed slept good. It was especially a plus having sliding glass doors in the shower instead of a shower curtain. The breakfast was good and there was a good variety from eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, various breads, cereal, yogurt and fruit plus juices and coffee. We will definitely come back to stay the next time we come down to see tge kids.
