"I don't know how anyone didn't LOVE their stay here. Super easy to find from the station. And it's both charming and modern. The lights in the rooms are so fabulous. Just the whole vibe was on point. It's perfectly compact for someone who wants a nice place to chill off their feet after running around London. Quick walk to a lot of destinations and the main entrance is fabulous! "

"Great location but that’s about it. Dirty towels, extremely small room, sink backed up, one roll of toilet paper, AC not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Ended up booking a new property the same day we arrived and eating the cost of both hotels to get out of there."

"Very good location, close to tube station. Nice breakfast. Tiny rooms. You have to ask for housekeeping otherwise, they won’t do your room. Comfortable bed. Not much room to move around the bed or to place your things. Good for one or two nights at the most but not for longer stays."

"The staff was exceptional, from the gentlemen at the front door to the people at the front desk. They made our stay. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures and the bed was very soft. Beautiful restaurants, but expensive. "

"Booked a last minute stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. No provisions or offers given to celebrate our special day, not even a 'happy anniversary' comment! Room was not clean...hair in shower area and plughole, dust on table/TV. Breakfast was a smaller selection than expected. Omlettes, eggs Benedict, etc. are normaally available in buffet breakfast but these were chargeable extras! Fried eggs in the buffet were cold. Tables were not cleared of dishes quickly which meant we had to move our used dushes to a neighbouring table. A very disappointing breakfast experience, which was charged on top of our booking....totally unacceptable. Spa area was also extremely disappointing. Only when we enquired about timing for the spa were we informed of the refurbishment taking place. Only the pool was available on a booking system. No jacuzzi, steam room or sauna. I've never been to a hotel where they book you in advance to use the pool and only for approx. 30mins use! When in the pool one wall was covered in tarpaulin for work on the other side....noisey and dusty works going on. Corners of the tarpaulin were torn to show large holes which allowed a lot of cold air towards the pool. There were no treatments available until after check out time! The only positive was the car park and the excellent service from Tino and tge team. Car park area is small but well managed. Location was good but this was an overall very disappointing experience. "

"Very clean room. Location is incredible for access to central London - literally 5 mins walk to the tube station. The room was spacious but I was in the top floor which had very small windows so the room was quite dark. No issues if you’re not planning to spend a lot of time in your room. The bed was quite soft - just be aware if you like a firmer bed. Nice amenities in the room."

"Overall nice hotel, well located with a choice for breakfast."
