"The room we stayed in was in the basement and was incredibly loud from the noise on the road outside. I have received a call and have been offered a discount but this room should really not be used for customers. The bar is open late and the hotel is generally clean."

"The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The lifts were broke during the stay so that was a nightmare. The room we were in had no windows which we knew, but it was not nice I hated it. The bed underneath the double bed should not of been called a bed it was rock hard plastic covering for a couch area. There was no stool in the room to sit on to even put makeup on. Ive never stayed in room with no windows and I will not do it again! I felt like an Amazon parcel! 😂. I didn't have the breakfast as we couldn't wait to get out and get fresh air. I would stay again but with a room with a window."

"I don't know how anyone didn't LOVE their stay here. Super easy to find from the station. And it's both charming and modern. The lights in the rooms are so fabulous. Just the whole vibe was on point. It's perfectly compact for someone who wants a nice place to chill off their feet after running around London. Quick walk to a lot of destinations and the main entrance is fabulous! "
