"This hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor pool is amazing and the onsite coffee shop is one of the best in Banff. It was also great to have onsite laundry and a gym at the sister hotel next door. Highly recommend for families!"

"Quieter setting, away from downtown. Easy exit to ski hills. Property older and dated, but some upgrades have been done. Room was clean. Parking is tight. Have stayed there multiple times over the years. Will do it again. Enjoy the peace and views over busy touristy downtown. "

"Free shuttle to Sunshine Village, we would rent from hotel shop next time rather than on mountain to save line up time to Gondola but was unaware of the shop at hotel."

"The hotel was overall a good stay — clean room, comfortable bed, and a convenient location. However, my room was directly facing the elevators, which made it quite noisy. Every time the elevator opened, there was noise, and late at night (around 2:30 AM), people were talking loudly in the hallway. Unfortunately, this made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Aside from the noise issue, everything else was positive. I suggest requesting a room away from the elevators if you’re a light sleeper."
