"Excellent staff when meet in person and I hope someone can allow the message to be respond when I send on Expedia. Try to send message on Expedia prior to arrival in advance but never get any reply. Property is amazing and staff is excellent. Highly recommend if the staff can access to reply any message or someone who in charge should be responsible to reply in hour or same business day. Love this location and definitely will be back. "

"I felt the contiental breakfast could have been more generous and varied. "Glad I chose to stay here. My room was spacious, cool, and very comfortable. The noise from the street is significant but thankfully it’s quiet at night. The ambiance is unique. The staff is genuinely kind. But they need to break out the paint brushes because some surfaces, especially in the bathrooms, are pretty funky. I’ve stayed at campgrounds and hostels with nicer, hotter, showers :) "

"We loved Muntri grove! The perfect Penang vibe. Rooms were nice and cool in the hot weather. It felt authentic to be in this type of colonial building, but add a beautiful pool! "It was an absolute privilege to stay at Muntri Mews for 3 nights. The room we were appointed was stunning (77D) with a four poster bed (very comfortable) and a lovely large, squishy sofa that was perfect to relax on. "Beautiful clean hotel - lovely design and furniture throughout. Very large rooms, ok breakfast. Liked that bottled water was provided and water plentiful around the hotel.
