8/10 Good
"The spa area was one of the cleanest I’ve used in a hotel for a long time, which was a real highlight. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were generally very friendly and welcoming. A couple of things did let the stay down, though. Our room wasn’t ready by the 3pm check-in time, and unfortunately the parking discount is no longer available. I also found one particular lady on the front desk to be quite sharp in her manner, which could have been handled a little more warmly. Overall, there were some lovely aspects to the stay, but a few areas that could be improved."
