The hotel itself is somewhat dated and in need of a spruce up but the room itself was very clean. The staff were also very warm, welcoming and helpful. No breakfast was served the weekend I stayed but tbere are lots of nearby options available. Would definitely stay again

Lovely lady checked us in , very knowledgeable telling us about Christmas markets and places to visit. Room clean , tea coffee all amenities, comfortable accommodation. We were at front of hotel little noisy with all partying.

A return visit for us, in the city for a concert at the arena. The hotel is central for most of the venues we go to in Cardiff, in the heart of the city centre and a very short walk to the train and bus stations. The staff are friendly and informative, we will stay again!
