"Loved the cottage lovely and spacious loved the jacuzzi and log fire .And the welcome pack was lovely.The fridge and freezer were big and there was evrything you needed.Only thing that let it down was the heating it was cold on a morning and evening with no heating on in other rooms .Had to turn oven on to heat the kitchen up.It was hive heating with no instructions on how to use it.Due to this we wouldnt stay again which is a shame because we really enjoyed everything about it"

"Great location, nice spacious rooms. Decided last minute not to take dogs with us, as learned a few days before they couldnt come upstairs. Also small fee jumped from 50 on website to 75 in message. Lots of rules, fair enough, but dont need to be told everyday to get out by 10am. Excellent communication, easy check in etc, but nothing to make guests feel welcome. "

"Shower and wifi did not work my entire 5 night stay and nobody would do anything about it. I contacted them several times asking for repairs and help but nobody ever fixed the problems. The iron was also broken and the toilet wouldn't flush consistently. There is a lovely resort/spa hotel next door, I will stay there next time. "
