"I loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley.
I would definitely stay here again."
"Perfect location between Barter Book and the Playhouse with bus stop right outside. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice patio outside to enjoy summer evenings. Not fancy, but if your tastes are simple and you want an affordable base from which to explore the area, this is the place for you. "
"We stayed in The Chapel Room, which was beautiful, so unique - with stunning stained glass windows, very spacious, gorgeous decor/furnishings and a super comfortable, large bed. The hospitality/housekeeping staff are all extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious and served by a smiling, friendly and helpful team - we always receive excellent customer service, thank you. The breakfast room/restaurant and resident's lounge are lovely to relax in too. "

Lovely town, everyone very kind and friendly. The Castle, Garden, and Lilidorei are the draw but the town itself had lovely shops, quaint atmosphere, good food options, a grocery. Make sure to book taxi ahead if coming from Alnmouth train station.

Alnwick is such a lovely, compact town, all the restaurants & bars are walkable. Loads of shops & a fantastic market. And of course, the amazing castle just off the main street. A lovely place to visit!

A pretty town. We loved our visit to Alnwick Garden but luckily had a half price ticket offer, otherwise £37 for a couple, plus car park charge! To visit the castle was also exorbitant, even for families. What must foreign tourists think!

Free long stay parking - AMAZING! The shops looked interesting - closed by the time we arrived. Next morning a craft market was setting up and we popped into the bakery to grab a coffee! Free coffee with a breakfast sandwich! It tasted superb too!

Alnmouth is NOT Alnwick. They are 8 miles apart. Alnmouth is a refined small coastal village. Alnwick is a much larger semi industrial market town of some fame . A lovely town.

Old market town with character, good choice of shops with some independents, and plenty options for pubs and restaurants.

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. Our room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast menu is varied plentiful and very good. Gillian and Karen are very friendly and helpful. Have to mention the desserts which we had one evening which were delicious.

"It was amazing, the garden rooms are a hidden gem! The design of the room and bathroom were beautiful huge room. The hot tub was a great added touch! I was very thankful for the soya / oat milk in the fridge for us too. The little path to the joiners arms could have been lite a little better from the road to the static caravans but the pub was great also, food was delicious and breakfast was fantastic, great options. The village and walk to Beach especially with the added sunshine and heat on the Sunday "
