"Nice, bright, clean space. Checkin was guick. Room were good. Clean. Beds, as always are comfortable. Breakfast was good. This is a busy location. Great spot to walk to all the major sites in Bath. "

"Pros: An excellent central location with friendly staff. On site Parking was limited and a bit expensive, but the staff were great at pointing out alternatives, and everything we needed was within walking distance. Cons: The rooms were okay, but missing attention to detail. The bed wasn't very comfortable, there was no long mirror or vanity table in the main room (just a bathroom mirror over the sink), and small helpful details such as a bottle opener and a welcome information pack were missing. Overall: It was not the high standard of room I would normally expect from a boutique hotel, especially one affiliated with Radisson, but we had a tolerable stay in Bath in a good location, which suited the purpose of our visit."

"The room was not clean when we entered. There were dead bugs in the tub and some unknown substance near the sink. The white towels had brown / red stains. We asked for a change of the towels and those also had brown / red stains. Hotel is pretty old - paint is flaking off everywhere. No slippers in the room (had to ask for it). No tooth brush / tooth paste. Calls to conceirge were not answered. In terms of staff, I expected them to move my bags into my room given I'd dropped off my bags with them prior to my check in and then went outside for lunch / to explore the city. Spa wise - pretty well equipped with 2 saunas, 1 steam room, 1 salt room and 1 ice room. "

"The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and I was only staying one night. "

"As there is so much static coming from the floors and dry mops there was bits of fluff. The stand for the coffee/tea was not dusted. It was not obvious as to how to connect to Wi Fi. The TV was too big for the room and the sound would cut in and out of most channels available. "

"The room is small but clean. The location is a distance away from the city center but there is a bus stop 2 minutes away from the property; a couple of buses go directly to/from the city center. The staff is friendly and efficient. I did not have breakfast at this hostel. "
