"The charm of the hotel architecturally is its strong suit and being close and walkable to downtown - unfortunately that’s where the positive review ends. The elevator was not working and it was a tough walking to the second floor - was staying 5 nights and a first floor room was never available. The room was clean but the bathroom a wreak - no toilet paper holder - it looked as if it had been ripped from wall - no place to hang towels and the plastic shower curtain kept falling down as the spring rod seemed gone. The heat and air was temperamental. No refrigeration so had to keep filling my cooler with ice. And this was not hotels fault but the building of the new civic center directly across the street meant every morning at 630am construction noise even on SAT. "

"This property was perfect for our night on the town. It’s tucked away and has its own courtyard. Which I absolutely loved. The apartment was clean comfortable. Ken was easy to work with. But we had no issues to contact him about. Will definitely be back. "
