"Very good position in Valletta center, very professional staff but not sure on Erasmus students manning front desk whilst alone. Unfortunately the main entrance facing an alleyway with restaurants bins."

"Perfekte Lage in Valletta. Gemütliches, sehr sauberes, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Gute Auswahl zum Frühstück. Freundliches Personal."

"Beautifully designed rooms. With excellent soaps and amazing lighting. The staff is very friendly and professional. And presentation is amazing. The only negative is the windows in my windows are not double glazed so small amount of street noise gets through"

"Super nice hotel, delicious breakfast. Walking distance to everything. Would go back surely!"

"A terrific boutique hotel in a great central location close to everything you want to see in Valetta. Lots of restaurants around to enjoy. The staff were amazing, very clean and quiet place plus the breakfasts were always really good. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"Room valeting very good. Breakfast choices were excellent and included in the price of the room. Restaurant food not to our taste so ate out for lunch and dinner. Hotel is located edging overlooking the bay. Used the shuttle bus to get up the hill (80+ steps) to the central walkway"

"We liked the location away from the crowds but still close enough to centre of historical places. Staff was helpful and breakfast spread was good. We'd stay here again."

"Special Maltese atmosphere and very friendly & helpful service. Great breakfast!"

"Perfect location and nicely served breakfast Friendly staff, clean , all conveniences including refrigerator, tea and coffee makers with daily provided supplies and water Negative:practically no useful windows in the unit which had two levels connected by stair case which is potentially unsafe because of couple of triangular stairs- almost fell down. Quite, but could hear neighbors"

"Front desk was lovely re assistance. Breakfast very good. Quiet."

The room was beautiful and clean and staff went out of their way time and time again during my stay to make sure things were ideal for me. When I arrived, they offered a glass of Prosecco before leading me up to my room. The vaulted ceilings made the already large rooms feel even bigger. Details such as welcome notes, bottled water (sparkling and still) and complimentary breakfast made the hotel feel...

"the location and the facilities without the perfect smiley supportive helpful staff is nothing .. the staff were great supportive from welcoming to say bye bye souvenir."

"We loved our stay in this hotel and felt like 5* did not do it justice ! The room was spacious and looked amazing. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. It was located at the heart of Valletta yet slightly away from the busiest streets that were noisier so was very peaceful. We enjoyed having the lounge area as an extra place to relax away from the room. We retuned for an extra night and had a slightly smaller room, the only downside with that room was...
