"The hotel feels outdated, and the exterior could really use some renovations. Unfortunately, the pool was also ice cold, which made it difficult to enjoy."

"When we first arrived and we checked in, I had to use a credit card to pay, even though I produced a receipt showing that I paid already through Expedia’s app. The next morning I went down to talk to The front desk and they told me that Expedia didn’t pay them and they were charging me again. I finally got that squared away with Expedia. Hopefully I will check my credit card today to make sure I’ve been refunded. As far as the room goes, it was OK. The maid service was horrible. They did come and remake my bed once and gave me fresh towels, but did not clean the room and did not throw away any garbage. The mini fridge was out of order. I told the front desk they came up and said they fixed it, but it never got cold. The shower was horrible because the drain was clogged up with hair. The first night we were there it wasn’t our hair. It was somebody else’s so apparently they don’t clean that that well. I would go down for coffee in the morning around 8:30 and the coffee would be empty. I’d have to go to the front desk to get them to refill it and that took 10 to 15 minutes. I would probably never stay at this hotel again. "

"I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return."

"The hotel is clearly being renovated. Floor tiles in the lobby were broken and missing and clearly a hazard until they are replaced. The rooms are only serviced every other day but you are not told and towels and such had best not need replacing or you will have to shake yourself dry😀. The jets in the bathtub were caked in unidentifiable junk so skip using it as a jacuzzi. A sickly sweet smell permeates the lobby during breakfast there likely from batter used to make waffles and such, so we left and went to a wonderful local cafe named Libby’s. Basically, the cost for what it offers is way out of line."
