"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite the property having an EV charger, the staff didn’t even seem to know it existed, nor could they tell me the price or how to pay. It turned out to be $15.99 per session, which was quite steep. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The mattress appeared to have been soiled, and management refused to switch rooms, replace the mattress, or even clean the room. There were insects present as well. Common areas were also in poor condition—the first-floor ice machine was broken, the swimming pool was dirty, and the small gym had non-functioning equipment and no working lights. To make matters worse, people were having bonfires behind the property, and management didn’t seem to care. Overall, the lack of maintenance and attention to guest comfort made the stay extremely unpleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel and hope management takes serious action to address these issues."

"The staff were professional, friendly and helpful which was a great representation of Joseph the GM. I would not hesitate to recommend Embassy Suites to my family, or friends. I arrived and was greeted with a smile in a genuine welcoming manner by Needi who took time to accommodate our needs. I also had a wonderful interaction with Vicky who was kind enough to answer my questions. The property was clean, and well maintained. The accommodations were great! We really enjoyed the room, and the love and care that housekeeping that took care of the room did to get us in quickly. One thing that I noticed was that each of the staff members who I came in contact with were friendly, and greeted us with a smile while making eye contact. The staff was enthusiastic, and I had the pleasure of the 3 ladies that made breakfast a success! It was not your average breakfast that you get from other facilities. The omelettes were PERFECT! The associate was engaging, and quickly and efficiently managed her busy line making sure to accommodate all guests, and to ensure everyone enjoyed their omelette. There was another staff member who managed the hot foods. She was eloquent, and very attentive. If she thought you needed something it was addressed in a personalized manner. Another staff member named Arnetta was phenomenal! She made sure everyone had a memorable experience. This is a great place for business travel, or wedding parties."

"I just stayed there for a bed to use for the night. Staff were friendly but I received the wrong information from one staff who assured me that there were USB-c outlets in the room, there were not. When I showered at night, the drainage system was so bad that I was ankle deep in drain water and the next morning…all the drain water was still there. It’s probably not maintenance’s fault because piping can be backed up for various reasons over time, but I opted against using the shower in the morning. Bed was comfortable and staff were pleasant."

"One of the pillow cases had makeup on it. That made me wonder if any of the pillow cases had been washed. The shower gel in the bathroom was empty. The parking lot had to be completely cleared out for some kind of maintenance, but we were not informed. I had to ask why it was cordoned off. Then I asked them to remove the parking fee, which they said they did. When I checked my bill, they had changed me for parking. All in all, a frustrating and disappointing experience."
