The staff was great and the hotel was very nice. Kinda bummed that the pool was not open so not many amenities were open. Breakfast id rate like a 4 because they didn’t have many options. Other than those slight things, it was great. Safe place to stay as well!

Gave this hotel a second try and was not disappointed :) our prevous stay was terrible but we liked the location so much we tried again. The hotel is clean, staff was friendly, room was great, prices were decent. The only downside was the smell in the lobby from cleaning products was sooo strong and the door to our room was very very hard to open and close, and the ice machine wouldnt turn off. Other than that worth every penny! Good job guys!

This property feels dated and needs some updates. Bathroom had ceiling tiles with water damage that turned moldy and the whole bathroom looked in disrepair. The toilet was running constantly unless we jiggled the handle numerous times and wouldn't flush properly. The bedroom and living area felt better maintained, and the bed was fairly comfortable. Staff was friendly. Overall this suburban property just needs updating. We were there for a family wedding in the area and I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Breakfast needs some work and wasn't as good as other Hamptons.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times before and it’s usually a good time. This time around the pool was out of order, there was only one elevator so going up and down took forever, the room smelled like sewage, the staircase is very dirty, and even the breakfast was off! The staff is nice and that’s pretty much the only good thing.

The pool was out of order. Hotel looked nice, but it is starting to show wear. Our toilet got clogged right away. We asked the staff to fix it. It was Saturday evening. They said they already had similar requests that day and their engineer was off until next day. Nothing they could do. They never fixed it (we checked out on Sunday). Knowing that this was not an isolated issue, this is totally not acceptable for a reputable place like this. So, indifference from the staff and not fully functioning facilities during our stay. Hotel itself looks good and fancy for Hampton Inn.
