The front desk guy that was working around 3pm, I believe his name was Samuel, provided Outstanding customer service. So nice! I would highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is very clean and I was impressed how nice it was for the price. Traveled from out of town for a concert at the Credit 1 amphitheater. Very affordable and decent location to get to food and other amenities in the area.

The room was very clean and the receptionist was very helpful and kind. Giving the guest a warm cookie was very thoughtful and a very sweet gesture. The parking lot was plentiful and the water pressure was nice as well.

We got to breakfast late, around 9:30 on Saturday morning. The buffet was not fresh, biscuits hard, eggs wet, and sausage extra well done. And we paid for the breakfast because it wasn’t included with our room. For $18 buffet per person, the food should have been fresh. Everything else about the hotel was great! We stay at this hotel 3-6 nights a year when we visit our children and grandchildren in Evergreen Park.

I loved the chocolate covered fruit sent to my room from employee Guillermo which was very thoughtful, An unfortunate incident occurred on my last night which was reported to hotel staff but not resolved. A good stay could’ve been an excellent stay rating however my last night at the hotel is reason why I had to lower my rating
