"Room staff was outstanding. Checkiut was better than check-in. No idea what the resort fee was for. I'm already an Accor member so get free wifi. Lobby bar was attrocious on the Friday night we arrived with plated on seats and waiting 25min for drinks. $36 for a glass of mediocre Pinot Noir... Pool also in need of some TLC and attendants to keep the area clean. "

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"
