The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom...
