"Most luxurious experience I’ve ever had. Service in all areas was exceptional, the resort was so clean, beautiful and inviting. Turn down service was great and our concierge Carlos Aquino checked in us daily & made sure everything was going smoothly. I was ecstatic that the room was upgraded & we got an outdoor tub. "Loved almost everything about this resort!! The staff were top notch in our opinion and the property was gorgeous. Lots of food and drink options and the shows were fun. We loved the club at night too! Our only complaint was the fitness center. It’s way too small for an adult only resort. They should look at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana property for what a fitness facility at this level should be like. It was too small and not nearly enough equipment."

"I stayed at Unico with a large group of family members. There were 14 of us total. We all had an amazing time an Unico. Firstly, we were assigned a host named Luis and he was awesome! He checked in with me every morning to see if I needed anything and to make reservations at any of the restaurants. We chatted through WhatsApp messenger which made everything easy.
