"Front desk was very friendly. A man named Mohammad who allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade. Very helpful and accommodating so would recommend this hotel. The rates are pretty good and you are close to Penn station which is easy to get uptown or downtown to all the tourist spots. The hotel room itself is clean and the bed was comfy. "Great location if you want to be near Times Square. Rooms are good size with basic amenities but no refrigerator. The bed is not sturdy, creaks when you move. If you just need a place to stay near Broadway and TimeSquare this is a great alternative. "
