"The location is excellent. The hotel is generally nice but if you look closely is a bit grubby in places -skirtings, behind the doors and daily room service. The shower was over a bath and it was very deep which made it difficult to get in and out. There was an aircon unit which was so noisy it couldn't be used. Breakfast was good and overall we had a good stay."

"Firstly what a prefect hotel for discovering York, only 5 minutes walk to town, the hotel is well maintained and the tapas menu and presentation is excellent, you would struggle to find standard higher to be honest!
