"This hotel is well located to the train station and a quick walk to everything you would want. The hotel itself is very dark. Dark grey walls, dark wood. It is not modern at all. Breakfast was fine. Linens were good but the hotel itself is kind of depressing. One of my friends had a terrible experience as her room was located above where the hotel empties the sewage and the smell went i to her room. Hotel did nothing to help her. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 days as part of our Italian vacation. The location was excellent!! Literally 250 steps away from the duomo. Very walkable. We booked a basic room and it met our expectations- was clean and decent sized. The breakfast was varied and the baked goods were very tasty. The breakfast space was small and awkward, but they did the best with the space. They will make your eggs to order, but aren't clear about this. I wish I knew this earlier in the stay. Improvements...

"Amazing stay, close to piazza del duomo made it easy to explore Firenze without carrying out stuff around. Was a solid home base with a good breakfast. Only note was laundry service at the hotel is expensive so we decided to take it elsewhere. Overall though our best stay out of all 4 in Italy!"
