My reservation was for September 24–27 for 2 guests. I arrived at approximately 2:00 AM on September 25 and had an issue with parking/check-in. I showed the staff member my Expedia confirmation on my phone, which clearly showed the reservation information, including that it was for 2 guests.

"Schon die Ankunft war mehr als schwierig. Kein Parkplatz. Aber es gab eine Tiefgarage. Nur dafür musste man einmal einen Umweg von 10 min um den Block fahren. Diese ist extrem eng, die Pfeiler mitten im Weg und Wasser tropfte rein, weshalb größere Wasserpfützen am Boden waren. Nach sehr langer Zeit rangieren, kamen wir dann endlich ins Hotel. "Very rude staff, the hotel is run down, deferred maintenance abounds. Over grown lawn around the pool, terrible breakfast selections , split beds sure to wreck your back. Super small elevator, the pool pump runs 24/7 and sounds like a jet engine, you can hear people above you, Ice is hard to get from the condescending help, argumentative about returning glass that was used in the hotel.
