"The staff was beyond amazing! Never had a group of people be kinder and I was there with my 84 year old mother and 15 year old daughter! I felt terrible for the single man on parking this morning when he was trying to get 50+ cars out for an 8 am game. Hilton - I am an honors member and please staff better for Jefferson Cup - it is 4 weekends! Your staff deserves that support because you should be so proud of the job they do. By far me best Hilton yet!!!"

"Charming spot and the valet and front desk team were lovely. However, our room smelled musty and there was no hand soap in the bathroom requiring us to pump body wash from the shower every time we washed our hands "

"On our way to the hotel, we received a call that our room would not be ready on time. Upon arriving, we had assumed parking would be free as the hotel is over a parking garage, but were told that we would have to use the parking lot across the street (23$/8hr) or the valet service who owned the garage(51$). We ending up using the valet service and the gentleman from PNC were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were less friendly. Everyone seemed in a rush to get things done....
