There were a lot of negative reviews about this motel online but we found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The check in process was a little slow but not horrible. It appears that there have been some updates to the room, bathrooms and common areas of the motel. Our room was much cheaper than other motels in the Williamsburg. Overall this motel is a bargain!

The first day we arrived, we were told that we couldn’t get the room we reserved which was a 1 king bed room, because they weren’t cleaned yet. Instead we were offered a room with 2 queen beds. That wasn’t a huge issue for me because they told me I could get the 1 king bed room the next night. When we arrive to the 2 queen beds room, the room was pretty nice. We continued to look around the room, and found that one of the beds had a stain on it. So we did not use that bed. Disappointed, but I figured since we were moving to a different room, it wasn’t that big of a deal. The next day we move to the 1 king bed room, looked around the room was nice, and what did we find again? A stain on the king bed. Since it was our last night, we were over it, and just dealt with it. The morning me and my girlfriend were leaving, she found to big red spots on both of her wrists. We weren’t sure what it was, but we were nervous. This was certainly not a good experience. Now that I think about it while writing this review, I should be compensated for something because our experience was awful. I’m usually the type of person to ignore little small things but these weren't. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I’m only giving it 2 stars because of the breakfast and parking. That’s it.

I will not stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty and I had to wipe off the end tables and bathroom counters. I didn’t have any wash cloths and had to ask for them. The breakfast area was dirty and the blinds were covered in dust. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Oh and not to mention the beds were uncomfortable.
