"Nice hotel overall. Staff was very friendly and responsive and rooms were clean. Only negative was we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. Staff had us out and the units up and running again in no time. "

"This is a great property with an amazing staff. Very good breakfast. The hotel was pretty full and we never heard any noise at night. Unlike other hotels, the staff was always busy whether it was helping guests, emptying trash or just general cleaning. Well done to everyone who works there"

"This is our go to hotel in Williamsburg. Room is aged but it is clean and comfortable for a decent price. If you want high end this isn’t for you. If you want something comfortable and clean for a fair price that is convenient to multiple places and you can park right at your room, this is a good place to stay. "

"I tend to get a little nutz with cleaning at home so I'll check little details in hotels. I checked the lip of picture frames, the bed headboard and there wasn't a spec of dust. There was a stain in the tub but I imagine that was because a rude guest versus the cleaning crew. Front staff is great."
