"We stayed in an accessible room which doubled as a family room and unfortunately the family next door were very noisy. They kept their kids up until one in the morning and then shouted at them for crying! Then they were awake at six doing the same. Also, from 12:15 every five minutes we received a call on the room phone from a man who just said hello ma'am and put the phone down. I enquired at reception who could make a call to a guest bedroom and was told such a call could only be made from...

"A quality property with comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely surrounding gardens. Breakfast was rather chaotic due to numbers of guests attending at once. We were asked to wait in the bar area until a table was available, the buffet was rather diminished by then and not replenished. "

I did notice some cobwebs in the room and a few patches of touch up white paint which didnt quite match which normally I would overlook. Staff lovely and room quiet. breakfast good and grounds wonderful. "

"I stayed at The Bell in Tewkesbury for a couple of nights with my Sister. Check in was easy, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely presented and clean as was the rest of the bar and dining area. Breakfast was included and had a choice of cereal / yogurt / fruit / pastry’s plus a choice of cooked breakfast which was all very nice. Location was excellent for the Abbey, museums, shops, trails and walks with plenty of bars and places to eat. Plenty of things to do...

"The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. Thank you to all the team"

"Tewkesbury Hotel has a great location with beautiful views, and there are a few nice trails nearby that you can access from the golf course. Breakfast was fantastic, but the main menu was a bit hit or miss. The bar was okay — good wine selection, including some great British wines, but it was a shame there weren’t any premium spirits. The room we ended up with was really nice, though we had some issues with the first one. Thankfully, the staff sorted it quickly and we were happy with how it was...

"A lovely welcoming and friendly hotel. Reception was excellent and the hotel set it beautiful grounds with abundant wildlife wandering around the onsite golf course. The spa facilities and gym were well up to date and not crowded on our visit. The breakfast was outstanding and we ate in the bar lounge in the evening with a more than adequate menu. All in all a very chilled and relaxing stay. "
