"This was our favourite stay for our whole Japan trip. We stayed at 3 other hotels. This place and area is unbeatable and i wish I would’ve booked a second night. I didn’t know that I would want to live this day again. The staff were ridiculously kind and helpful. At the end of our stay, I asked which bus and where I should take to get to Hakone-Yumi to and she literally left her post and started running to help me catch the bus. "Pros: -Staff were all very friendly and helpful -The room was very impressive -The view from the rooms and hotel are stunning -Transportation is available at the hotel if needed -beds are very comfortable compared to other places I’ve stayed at in japan Cons: -It’s a bit of a drive if you want to get to any of the towns nearby, but that seclusions from them also has its own charm to it Overall I loved this hotel and it’s been my favorite in Japan so far so I had to give it 5 stars "

"Great location in Hakone. Get the room with your own onsen it is worth every penny. Staff is so accomodating and Gabriel was outstanding. Massues was great as well."
