"Check-in was a nightmare. We waited with about thirty other guests for hours past our four o'clock check-in time. They did give us a $21 voucher to the restaurant in the hotel to make up for the delay. But $21 doesn't cover much there. Once we get our room, everything was great. They have us a late check out, the room was beautiful, the shower was amazing. The food in the hotels restaurant was good, but expensive. The drinks were blah.
