"The staff was excellent and consistently helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. My only disappointment was with noise from the adjacent room. Several times we could hear loud talking and speakerphone discussions from the next room. Not sure if it was just that guest being too loud or inadequate sound isolation between the rooms. Pastries in the coffee shop were quite good!"

I walked barefoot (looks like pergo/hardwood)and when I sat down to put shoes on my feet were BLACK on the bottoms.
