"Enjoyed our stay"

"Got there, staff was amazing, room was super clean and comfortable. Went to extend my stay by one day because I screwed it up so I tried to ask the front desk to help. You would have thought I asked them to work a double shift. The person at the desk ignored any small talk I tried to make at the moment because I felt so bad after their response, and then 2 mins into a worsening attitude I asked her to just cancel and I found a different hotel. I'll try it out again next time I come out here and...

"The room was freezing! No one wants to walk into a room that is 61 degrees. There is absolutely no reason to have the A/C that low. No extra blankets. No hot water - they did change our room only to find out the whole building was without hot water. Then there was the smoke detector with the absolutely piercing flashing light all night. No complaints about the staff and the breakfast was actually better than average, but that doesn’t make up for the horrible sleep before an early morning flight....
