We stayed there on August 8 for one night. I had already paid in full with Expedia and your front desk staff mistakenly charged me again for the room. I immediately caught it and said please refund this. She said the manager needed to refund the amount the next day. A different person was at the front desk the next day and told me another “manager” would need to process. Meanwhile, eight weeks goes by and no refund. I had corresponded with the "manager", several times over email to inquire about the status of my refund and all I got was a polite runaround and assurances she would see it through. I finally resorted after 8 weeks to filing a dispute with Capital One to register a fraudulent charge, which is now being processed. I should not have had to spend this much time on Marriott’s overcharge error. I had ample evidence that Expedia had already paid Marriott for the room and have provided that to your Management.

Front desk area was in disarray. The clerk had telemondo tv blaring at 139 decibels and when we asked why it was so loud she said she didn’t know and didn’t speak Spanish. The room was ok, light switches were filthy. Just a run down poorly lit property

The room was pretty average, but the bathroom was SMALL! The door came within an inch of the toilet when you swung it open and closed. That’s my biggest complaint. The free breakfast was mediocre. I’ve had better for sure. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

An ok stay

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only issues we had were with the breakfast. Cramped area, sausage was overcooked and hard, eggs cold and cereal was limited. We actually forgo breakfast second morning and went out to eat.

1. Noisy! We were given a room next to the elevator. We can hear the elevator going up and down through the wall. Took us awhile to figure out where the noise is from. The constant sound woke us up early morning. 2. Noisy! The ac unit is extremely loud. The room furniture seems modern and newish. Guess they didn’t bother to replace the old ac unit. 3. The bathroom is really tiny. Overall really bad stay and will avoid if you want a good rest.
