"No hot water and when we arrived (it had clearly been an issue as we heard other guests talk about it) no one mentioned it. Someone from our party went to ask reception and they were very dismissive. The next day still no hot water, I understand they couldn’t have fixed it there and then but they could if been proactive is telling us and offering to try and fix it."

"We had a fantastic stay here to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Hotel is located really close to all Malvern facilities like the theatre, shopping, evening entertainment and access to the hills. We booked the "delixe apartment" but internally atvthe hotel this is known as the "Hideaway" It is actually a 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful period features like dormer windows bit the important elements have been lovingly refurbished recently.
