"I stayed in a twin room without windows and nothing prepared me for how awful it would turn out to be. I thought there’s got to be some kind of ventilation. I was wrong, only a desk fan and a standing fan. There was no ceiling light in the room either, only three large bedside tables. Fortunately there was a ceiling light at the entrance and the bathroom. The room was acceptably clean though. The hotel as a whole is dilapidated. You get what you pay for I guess!"
"Perfect for what I needed. A one night stay in the city centre. Comfortable bed. Clean, modern bathroom with a good shower. It did the job very nicely."
"On first appearance, the hotel looked acceptable, but unfortunately that was where the positive experience ended. The condition of the room was extremely disappointing and fell well below of any standard to be expected.
The carpet in the room was filthy and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom was also in an unacceptable condition, with black mould around the bath, on the tiles and around the shower curtain. The shower was positioned so high that it could not be adjusted...
"Another hotel owned by a corporation with zero empathy or understanding for human life.
Had to leave early due to a medical issue with my son, front desk told me to contact Expedia (fair as the booking was with them). Expedia contacted hotel reservations who refused to refund or credit the account.
Heartless, mass-capitalist companies like this are the problem with the world. Go spend your money at small hotels that actually care about people."
"I paid for a room with a double bed and double sofa bed. The description said the room sleeps 4.
I was expecting a decent sized space.
Room was ridiculously small, unfortunately. Once the sofa bed was made up, you could not use the Chair / Desk. Or open the curtains! I took some photos.
I get this was not a 5-star hotel. But this was seriously below par. Or acceptable standards.
Needs serious decorating / upgrade. Furniture was dated, and peeling. Bathroom had good hot shower, and tiny....
"Absolutely loved the room! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a good size. Everything was clean and just what we needed for the one night. Aircon worked well, but the shower screen was quite small so the bathroom did get wet after every shower. Great, safe location, though parking nearby was quite expensive (it was the same in all other properties we looked at). Would 100% stay there again."
