"Lights and extractor fan not working in the room. Reports of worms in the swimming pool by other guests. However, we didn’t see any worms and thought the pool and leisure facilities were fine. Moved to a different room due to lights and fan not working then ended up with bed bug bites from the mattress. (Confirmed by pharmacist) wrote a complaint to hotel about this but received no response. Would not be staying there again. Expedia tried to help with some form of refund but hotel didn’t reply...

"The staff were extremely helpful. I can't remember there names but my glasses broke when I was there and I can't see without my glasses I needed a temporary fix to get me home. I spoke to Reception to ask for a bit of sellotape or glue and she called the maintenance guy who patched then up til I got home.
