Only criticisms I would have were that the Car Park is not easy to find, and more should be done to provide directions in this respect, and there was a £15 charge for the Car Park which I cannot recall seeing details of when I booked."

"I asked to see Mr Moxy but he wasn’t available. I also asked for the £9.95 Premier Inn breakfast and to meet Lenny Henry but they told me I was at the wrong hotel. This was very very strange. Rooms all have beds, which is important and bathroom has hot and cold water and room has a window so this is good also. TV didn’t have any adult channels though which was bad. Boo. Shame. "

"Excellent location within a 2 min walk of the airport and shuttle to NEC and trains into Birmingham. Friendly helpful staff and nice communal areas to sit and work. My room was a bit spartan with vinyl floor, plastic chair and no tea/coffee facility in the room but it was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable for a good night's sleep. "
