"All in all this is a great place to stay! Very central to both the north and south shore, tons of good restaurants nearby, nice pool, pool bar, and beautiful grounds. The condos themselves are a little old and run down, and the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was relatively comfortable which helped. The timeshare representative at check in was pushy and extremely rude when I told her we weren’t interested. All in all the good out weighed the bad!"

"Beautiful property sitting right on Hanalei Bay. Views of the mountains at sunset during dinner at the pizza restaurant were breathtaking. Not too far from hiking trails. I’m an outdoors person so this location was ideal for me. I was able to take the shuttle from the Makai Club to Haena State Park. The Maika Club was only a mile away. "We booked a two bedroom, two bath unit. Before arriving I received an email stating that the two bedroom was no longer available. I replied with a follow up question which went answered. When we arrived, we discovered the only bedroom faced the parking lot-not the ocean. Had we known this, we likely would have cancelled our reservations. The unit itself was a bit dirty. Housekeeping was very helpful though and did supply a mop at my request. The box spring looks like a crime scene. It’s stained...

"The property is dated but the places are quite large with big decks. We had a termite issue in our kitchen that couldn’t be resolved while we were in it. They offered to move us but we decided to just deal with the cleaning the counters and stove top rather than move to a less desirable unit. One pool, the nicest one, was not open for several days during our stay. The property was reasonably priced."
