"This home is amazing! Exactly like the pictures, it is a wonderful house right on the ocean with it's own private beach, a beautiful green back yard and plenty of room for all twelve of us, our kids, their spouses, and the grandkids. Ages 9 to 68 and everyone was in love with this place. The kitchen is large, room for everyone to eat, separate rooms for everyone, each with its own bathroom. The host is super responsive and helpful and the entire trip was unforgettable. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at this one of a kind property!!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed Kealia Landing in June of 2026, and it was a dream house on a dream vacation. The view is absolutely incredible. We spent every minute we could outside watching the waves roll in from the beautiful blue ocean. Watching some extremely talented surfers off in the distance each day was a bonus. The house was well stocked and in great shape. Everything was spotless and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The internet worked fine and the massive TV was great for watching a couple of movies with the kids. I would give the house a 11/10 and would also highly recommend Kauai Vacation Rentals. Mahalo!"

"The property was beautiful, close to the beach, and very well stocked with everything we needed. Our entire family of 20 fit nicely in the space with some room to spare. We all had a fantastic time! The only drawback was the air conditioners in the common space and the “main” bedroom seemed inadequate for the space and so these areas were quite warm in the late afternoon and evening."

"This property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We had 3 rental cars and parking was not a problem at all. The view was incredible. We had privacy and direct access to the beach. The host was very quick to respond to any text or calls. I would highly recommend!"

"This property is fantastic. It is only steps away from the water and the snorkeling is good, especially at high tide. The fish are plentiful and I even encountered a turtle. If you are interested in a long walk on the beach, that is available. Water shoes are encouraged for an even longer walk. The interior has all of the comforts of home, with the exception of AC. At night, it is encoraged to open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. You will find delight at this location, which is convenient to Princeville and Kapa'a."

"The property is UNBELIEVABLE!! The grounds are breathtaking and so well-maintained. My kids (10 and 12) had the best time petting the horse down the road and the neighbor’s sweet dog. The tiny geckos and interesting birds were a lot of fun, too. It’s a paradise!As for the house, it’s HUGE. We loved the outdoor shower, the meditation areas, the laundry facilities are great, the kitchen is stocked! There are so many comfy places to sit on the lanai, and appreciated the AC units in the bedrooms at night. The host also provided shampoos and conditioners for all the showers, tons of towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs and coolers and all sorts of helpful items. We will absolutely consider booking again if we return to the island."

"Our family’s first visit to Hawaii exceeded our expectations! The Bond house was perfect for 7 adults. The home is located in a quiet part of the island (low traffic and activity), which is very nice. There is a public beach within walking distance, but we did not go there as this home is ocean front. The view is spectacular! Morning coffee with a sunrise is hard to beat! The kitchen was well stocked, bath and beach towels were plentiful, as were beach supplies—chairs, snorkeling equipment, etc."

"The location and grounds are extraordinary -- a quick walk to the beach (be careful of the rips, it's only safe to swim on the sides of the beach); stunning vegetation - so many fruit trees! The porch is where we spent most of our time, playing cards on the dining table or lounging in the hammock. It was a perfect stay for our family of six to gather in relaxation and surrounded by nature. As others have noted, the home could use a bit of love and a deep clean, but realize that living in the tropics is a huge challenge! The kitchen could use an inventory review as some basics were missing, but overall, these issues were very minor given the memorable experience the property afforded our family . . . thank you!"
NEW 4BR Oceanfront Home with Hot Tub & Theatre

"The home was good overall. The location is very convenient for getting around the island, and the hosts were responsive and left some nice goodies for us at check-in. The house itself feels a bit dated and worn, with an unusual layout. The main living space is upstairs, which includes the kitchen, living room, dining area, deck with jacuzzi, and the primary bedroom/bathroom. One challenge is that the only TV and bathroom on this level are located inside the primary bedroom, so access requires going through the bedroom or heading downstairs. The private deck off the primary bedroom wasn’t usable as had no furniture and was dirty. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils. The living room setup was less comfortable; the couch had very thin cushions and sat quite low to the ground, and without a TV in that area, it wasn’t ideal for gathering and relaxing but it did have a very nice view of the ocean.The remaining bedrooms are located downstairs. The sofa beds are in the theater room, which felt a bit cramped, and this room is situated at the back of the house without an ocean view."
