"The property is UNBELIEVABLE!! The grounds are breathtaking and so well-maintained. My kids (10 and 12) had the best time petting the horse down the road and the neighbor’s sweet dog. The tiny geckos and interesting birds were a lot of fun, too. It’s a paradise!As for the house, it’s HUGE. We loved the outdoor shower, the meditation areas, the laundry facilities are great, the kitchen is stocked! There are so many comfy places to sit on the lanai, and appreciated the AC units in the bedrooms at night. The host also provided shampoos and conditioners for all the showers, tons of towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs and coolers and all sorts of helpful items. We will absolutely consider booking again if we return to the island."

"Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms for each bedroom, flexible floor plan , nice seating and decorations, fully functional kitchen. The ground around the house were fantastic beautiful. Beach was awesome and snorkeling was exciting. The river shoes and snorkeling gear and beach toys were wonderful! The concierge service did a great job. Darshan guided us and managed our activities very efficiently.TheHost to the house was generally helpful. Fortunately there were no breakdowns or surprises. There were a couple times the response time was slow. Management flexibility was perhaps guided by tight maintenance schedules but we tried to check in early and on the other end tried to extend our stay for a couple days when the schedule for the house was available but met denial on both accounts. At the price for the stay seems like there should have been more cooperation. These items didn’t effect the quality of the trip and everything turned out fine."

"There were 11 of us - this was the perfect place. Loved the private beach access. Location was convenient to driving north or south on the island. Beautiful morning sunrises. The yard is stunning - well maintained with a variety of plants. We would go back to this place with a large group again.The host was very responsive- had an issue with the gate, it was fixed that day!The kitchen is well equipped. We will miss the cool evenings and no mosquitoes "

NEW 4BR Oceanfront Home with Hot Tub & Theatre

"The home was good overall. The location is very convenient for getting around the island, and the hosts were responsive and left some nice goodies for us at check-in. The house itself feels a bit dated and worn, with an unusual layout. The main living space is upstairs, which includes the kitchen, living room, dining area, deck with jacuzzi, and the primary bedroom/bathroom. One challenge is that the only TV and bathroom on this level are located inside the primary bedroom, so access requires going through the bedroom or heading downstairs. The private deck off the primary bedroom wasn’t usable as had no furniture and was dirty. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils. The living room setup was less comfortable; the couch had very thin cushions and sat quite low to the ground, and without a TV in that area, it wasn’t ideal for gathering and relaxing but it did have a very nice view of the ocean.The remaining bedrooms are located downstairs. The sofa beds are in the theater room, which felt a bit cramped, and this room is situated at the back of the house without an ocean view."

"What a beautiful home and we loved the location. Amazing marine life/tidepools in front of the house (seals, a huge turtle that comes to shore daily, and an octopus!). It had everything we needed. Only one disappointment was that we were looking forward to the karaoke machine in the game room and we couldn't get a signal. Not too big of a deal given the beautiful home, location, fantastic snorkeling, and an excellent host! We will stay here again when we come back. Thank you!"

"The house fit our family of 12 (8 adults, 4 children) perfectly, everyone had their own space and bathroom. Check in process was easy, had a minor issue with the lock box but the management was very responsive and solved the issue quickly. The location was ideal for what we wanted; the house was right on the beach, we watched the sunrise every morning and hung at the beach most afternoons, There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc for the beach. The location of the home was great, being on the east side we were in between the North and South sides; spent time at Waimea Canyon, Napali Coast, Kayak tour, sleeping giant, Tunnels Beach, Hanalei, but we usually ended up chilling in the afternoon at our beach house and cooking dinner in. We stopped at Costco before we headed to the house, but also made stops when needed at Safeway. Great time, great location great Island. "
