"Great place for a short stay as the staff are very nice and helpful, the condition of the entire hotel is great, rooms are super clean, spacious and well appointed, the in wall AC unit is not loud at all like some at equivalent hotels, and from what I could tell (I was not catching a flight, rather visiting family in a short stay), the buses to the airport seemed frequent or easily "gettable". The only knock is the very limited food/sort of food counter place. Did not have very much but coffee...

"King Room was nice. Clean and orderly. The restaurant has a lot to be desired. Tried it for dinner after a long day. Not many options on the menu. Ordered a burger and was told the grill was not working so no burgers. Ordered a cheesesteak, guess that wasnt grilled, we're in Philly right? What could go wrong? It was as hard as a brick and totally inedible! Additionally from the fancy drink menu I wanted to order a mixed drink and was promptly told there was only beer and wine that night....

"Spent q days there unfortunately. Pool was a bacteria swamp and should be closed. Water clarity was about 2feet. Public bathrooms were absolutely trashed and disgusting. Person working the front counter explained that the hotel has new owners and the bar and restaurant was now closed. My room did not have a pull out sofa bed as stated. Microwaves were not available as they claimed. Floors in hallways were disgusting. The entire place was just dirty. The first room i had smelled like a dirty...
