LOCATION is AMAZING. It is literally on top of the Broad St. subway exit/entrance, so it was so easy to park at the top of SEPTA for $2 overnight and take the train down to the hotel, then hop back on the train to get down to the sports complex (Phillies etc). Easiest thing in the world. The hotel itself was spotless, our room was comfortable with a great city view, and was well maintained. Check in and check out were a quick process (with a complimentary warm cookie!). The Cafe in the lobby had excellent lattes in the AM. It is highly likely that I will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. However, the television was not working properly, and the coffee pot looked at if it had not been cleaned in years. The rooms should come with a microwave, which would have solved that problem.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated as if I was someone of importance. They held our luggage, because we arrived early. When we checked in, they immediately gave us some cookies with nuts!!! I asked for two more on our check out! They were delicious!!!!!!!! I have only one complaint, and that is, I couldn’t stay longer!!!
