"Had been driving all day and was going through holland and quickly booked a night at this hotel. Upon getting to the hotel to check in, realized it somehow was booked for the next night accidently. Lady working the front desk was polite and said she needed to talk to her manager. Manager came out and was very rude and not willing to be of any help despite me being super upset and apologetic about the mistake.
