"Pros: the hotel is centrally located to the main plaza and is close to many adorable restaurants. Cons: the staff was incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. I messaged the hotel the day before to confirm I needed the 2 bed option vs the queen (both options in my reservation). I also asked for the address of the parking garage. "Not good didn’t stay here after-all. Our round trip flights got CANCELLED and this reservation could not be rescheduled or canceled. This was behold our control, we should have been able to receive our refund. Not happy they kept our money."
