"The hotel is perfectly placed to walk into the centre or to drive out to other areas. Easy to find and a lovely warm welcome. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. No evening meals though they do bar snacks. Average prices on drinks. And if you want a meal without walking into the centre turn left as you come out of the car park and walk 100 yards down the road. On the right is a pub called the Eagle. Not pub grub but very nice food."

Would recommend for a city break, walkable distance from city centre so perfect for shopping, but far enough away from clubs etc to be nice and quiet - perfect!"

Hotel had polite and friendly staff, pool was clean, warm and relaxing, managed to get a car parking space as limited, room was as requested on ground floor, a bit small but had comfy bed, room cleaned daily, we didnt try food due to dietary needs, but looked amazing, all cooked fresh.
