Single room in attic in June, half price for a reason, baking hot. Room clean and with good shower but cramped space in batbrom,but in room information folder needs a wipe down or replacing, light above sink would not switch on. Weird check in via a Ring call bell, didn't see a human during check I nor check out. Skipped breakfast as they seemed confused when I mentioned it via Ring doorbell. As a single female I would like a way to bolt or block door from inside in order to feel safe but furniture not moveable. Ok if you just want to crash and pay low price but not in a heatwave. Survived but would not stay here again.

This is a nice, good value and well maintained and managed budget hotel. I stayed in room 4 for five nights in June. The recently refurbished room was medium sized and was very clean. It had an en-suite shower room with a power shower. There was also a clothes rack with four coat hangers and some shelves, a dressing table and chair and a good sized double bed. There was a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a welcome chocolate bar and apple juice-a nice touch. There was plenty of electrical sockets, some with USB ports, a hair dryer and portable electric fan. There is no room service or phone link to reception, but I did not find these to be necessary and it obviously helps keep prices reasonable. There is no fridge. The guy on reception was welcoming, helpful and efficient. There are very good bus links into the centre (from outside the sorting office, two minutes walk away) for those without a car; alternatively, It is a twenty minute walk to the city centre. Recommended for the discerning, realistic budget traveller.

The staff were very helpful and obliging, the room was very spacious with a well stocked tea/coffee/orange juice selection. The only downside to staying at the Revaldo was the lack of all day parking, the only parking was on the road which had time limits. The parking was not a problem for us as we went out all day and we had a very enjoyable time at the Revaldo Hotel

At the price I paid for this I honestly wasn't expecting much but my friend and I had 2 rooms (front ground floor) and they were both excellent, clean and comfortable and I honestly could not fault them. I was worried that because of the rooms position it would be noisy, but no I had a great nights sleep. Position size its about10 mins walk from Carrow Road there is a good pub just across the road and also a cafe. The hotel has its own bar and provides breakfast but I didn't get the chance to use either but the bar looked ok and going on my experience of the staff I met I'm sure the breakfasts will be good. Parking:- there is no car park but street parking is free after 4pm till I think 9am. However if you need to park outside these times the hotel provided a parking permit for £5.

Great and proactive communication from the hotel because I was arriving after the front desk had closed. Room was clean and tidy, with extra pillows and a lot more drinks than I expected. Shower was good and had nice pressure but the head was slightly wobbly. The soundproofing wasn’t amazing as I could hear the TV in the next room but it didn’t really disrupt me.

Great stay at a great price! We usualy stay at chain hotels but thought we'd give here a try based on others reviews. We weren't disappointed and overall had a great stay. Location is a short walk from the train station and a quiet area. There is street parking after 6.30pm so worked well on a Saturday night, although some of us arrived earlier and parked at a paid car park nearer town. Check in was fairly smooth, just not what we are use to. You check in by calling the hotel who instruct you how to get the key card. Some of our guests were arriving later and they had a text with access details, to make for a smooth guaranteed check in. Two of our rooms on the ground and first floor were extremely spacious, with large rooms and large shower. All rooms had a smart TV which even in chain hotels is extremely rare, so for this alone, revado gets top marks when this should be the standard in 2026! One room did have a broken radiator valve and we struggled to turn heating off. Even once off, the room was forever boiling hot, which led to a little uncomfortable sleep. Our third room however was on the top floor and was extremely snug and cramped. We constantly bumped our heads, and bashed our legs on the bed frame trying to navigate around the room. The shower was very small and you felt like you were constantly hunch back the whole time. This was disappointing when the other rooms felt far superior, and felt the upstairs rooms should be sold as a cheaper room stating the downsi
