"Our concert was canceled last minute, forcing us to switch cities. While other providers helped us, this hotel refused to refund a room we couldn’t use. Even though a local game made it easy for them to rebook the room, we were left $350 out of pocket. The manager dismissed our situation, and Expedia didn’t follow up. Disappointing customer care."

"Our family had a great stay here. The staff were friendly - we arrived earlier than check-in and they helped us drop off our luggage so we were free to explore the city. The location is great, just across the street from the Reading Terminal Market and within walking distance of lots of museums and restaurants."

"The property can use a good cleaning and revamp. You enter through an entrance that does not scream hotel. There are small signs telling you to take the elevator to the lobby on the 3rd floor. There is one valet person, so expect to wait to drop off your vehicle and for him to deliver it to you. The staff are friendly. However, we waited over an hour and half for them to deliver a pillow and after repeated text messages, they delivered bedding and not a pillow (at close to 1am). We had to ask...

"Our stay was pretty good. no big complaints, we were literally there for one night we left at 4:00 a.m. the staff was friendly, there were no wine glasses in our room so I called the front desk and ask for glasses, they brought it up super fast I appreciated that. The room was clean.the only issue was that the oven doesn't stay seal so you continuously have to hold it in order for it to to bake. The record player doesn't work but overall everything was up to par. Thanks I'll definitely stay...

"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."

"Nestled between Peddler’s village and New Hope , This property is perfect. Staff extremely friendly . Rooms very clean , beds and pillows comfy . Free breakfast was delicious . Definitely worth the stay . Can’t wait to go back "
