"Check in process was super easy and staff members were friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable despite feeling a tad cheap and outdated. My only real complaint was that the A/C was rather loud and would sometimes wake me up in the middle of the night. Breakfast options were also extremely limited."

"We checked in for one night mid week. There wasn't many people staying at this big hotel. We asked to not be facing the main highway or the rail line. The receptionist put us on the top floor which was the hottest room, directly facing the highway and the tram line. I don't think anyone else was in this section of the hotel, except us. The room was as far away from the lobby as you could get, nearly causing us to miss our airport shuttle in the morning. I believe the cause of our poor...

"The bathtub was fautly and the room should of not been rented I twisted my ankle and fell in the tub because the tub was faulty I was issued a refund by the manager but this incident ruined my vacation be in able to walk and have thrown out my back and have back and ankle pain"

"Staff is supper helpful but the building is old and not up to date, our room only had a very limited number of outlets. We coudnt run the frigde and the tv at the samw time. So it was either watch entertainment or let our food spoil. Also there was what looked like a bullet hole coverd in ducktape/painted over in our room. Bathrooms where kinda of a mess, body hear on the floor."

"Great place to stay close to Red Rock and easy access to venue. Staff was great and the hotel is full of people that are seeing the same concert as you, so they play and pick up the artist vibe in the lobby."

"All ok but the free breakfast ran out of scrambled eggs around 8am. Staff said no more eggs available for the day. Sausage, toast, and fruits also ran out around at the same time, 10+ minutes passed until next refill, and people cleaned them up immediately, and nothing left on the buffet table. Kitchen looked very understaffed."

"This hotel is the” basic economy Hilton”. No frills. No coffee in room, towels not as thick, no microwave. They did have a shuttle to the airport which we needed. The gal at reception did recognize that I was a Hilton Gold member and gave us 2 waters and 2 bags of Pop chips."
